MenConnect upcoming events

MenConnect is the nickname for our Men's Ministry at PMLC. We exist to support men in their in following of Jesus by investing in our faith and growing trusting relationships with each other.  Men have the hardest time making friendships and finding trust-worthy people who can support them in life.  We're here for each other as we 'do life together.'

  • men's dinner out

    This event is intended to be an informal get together where we can focus on fellowship and growing our relationships. 

    • April 18 at Ford's Garage, 6:30 - 8:30pm

  • quarterly breakfast gatherings

    We gather a few times a year to share breakfast and be encouraged by an inspiring speaker and topic.  Our April 2023 breakfast featured Pastor Josh Fortney (who grew up in our congregation).  He encouraged us to "Know, Be Known, and Grow."  We'll expand upon those themes with upcoming breakfast gatherings.

  • Menconnect @ Frisco RoughRiders Game

    We're planning our next summer gathering for a night at the ballpark in Frisco!  


    Save the date for June 28th for a fun night out.  Email the church office for more information and how to get tickets.  

  • july mission drive

    We're not just all about fun and games; we also are joyfully generous with our time, talents, and treasures.  We're partnering with One Man's Treasure to collect new and gently used men's clothing for recently released prisoners who have completed their sentencing and looking to get back into society.  


    The clothing supply bins are in our atrium through the month of July, so make sure to go through those closets or pick up some socks and shirts on your next run to the store.  It's all greatly appreciated!
