Proposed Constitution

Soren Kierkegaard, a Danish Lutheran, once said, "Life can only be lived forward, but it's understood backwards."  We know that, when we look back, we can see the presence of God abiding with us and equipping us to join God's great mission to love, bless, and redeem our broken world.  


The documents below "look back."  They reflect dollars and cents in 2024 that were deployed in mission to love others.  They share with us just a few of the ways that God motivated and equipped us to live out the call "to share in Christ's mission of grace."  


  • This constitution takes into account several updates and recommendations passed along to us by the ELCA.  The highlighted areas are recommended changes for consideration at our Annual Meeting on January 26th.  If successfully adopted, it will replace our current constitution and bylaws from January 2013.  The council has reviewed this latest revision and is happy to pass along to you for your consideration.   Click the title of this section to download the document.

  • The annual summary includes a letter from the Lead Pastor, average worship attendance and membership figures, and the year end financial reporting.  The budget for 2025 is presented as well.
